Hikerstore offers shipping all over India, through our courier partner 'Shiprocket' with 27000+ serviceable pin codes and more than 17 shipping partners.
We also offer International Shipping for any orders outside of India though our private vendors.
SECTION 1 - SHIPPING CHARGES
- Shipping is free for all Prepaid orders above Rs. 499/-. A flat Rs. 49 charge is applied to all the Prepaid orders below Rs. 499/-.
- Extra charge of Rs. 99 is applied to all the Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
- Shipping charges will be levied on the final product value, post all promotion and coupon discounts.
- Shipping charges are all inclusive of GST.
- For international shipping, shipping charges will be calculated at that point only.
SECTION 2 - DELIVERY PROCESS
Once we receive an order, every product is throughly inspected & checked. After they pass the final round of quality check, they are packed & handed over to our trusted delivery partners. Our delivery partners are reputed & trustworthy, who ensure the delivery of your package at their earliest possibility. We have a 98% successful delivery score & to maintain that our delivery partners always contact the recipient before reaching at their provided address.
The usual order processing time at Hikerstore is 24-48 hours followed by additional 4-5 business days for delivery. However, this may vary around sale, festive seasons or national holidays.
SECTION 3 - ORDER STATUS
You can check the status of your order under 'My orders' tab of your account on our website or contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
SECTION 4 - ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is handling your order. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
SECTION 5 - PACKAGE ARRIVAL
If the package arrived looks tampered or damaged, you may refuse to take the delivery of the package and immediately must report this to our support team at email@example.com or call us on +91 8882 477 019 between 10AM and 6PM, Monday to Saturday. An appropriate action will be taken after reviewing the case with you.
