If you wish to cancel your order with us, please follow the instructions below so we can process your order cancellation request as quickly as possible.
SECTION 1 - CANCEL ORDER POLICY
Hikerstore offers 'Free Cancellation Policy' on all orders before shipment. If the order or item(s) that you wish to cancel have not been shipped yet, Hikerstore will gladly accept your order cancellation request. Contact our customer support team at email@example.com call us on +91 8882 477 019 between 10AM and 6PM, Monday to Saturday. You can also cancel directly from your account before shipment of the order. Once the cancellation request is processed, the refund will be initiated within 72 hours of the confirmation.
Please note that we do NOT accept any cancellation requests for orders that have already been shipped.
SECTION 2 - CANCEL, MODIFY OR CHANGE THE ORDER

SECTION 3 - REFUND
Hikerstore will initiate the refund only in the case of cancellation before shipment. The refund, once approved usually takes 7 business days to get processed.
After the refund has been initiated by Hikerstore as per the Cancellation Policy, the refund amount is expected to reflect in the customer account as per the following timelines:
For transactions done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 72 business hours of us receiving the cancellation request. It may take 4-5 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
